Fließt dieser Strom durch biologisches Gewebe, entsteht dort Wärme, die zum Schneiden und Koagulieren des Gewebes verwendet wird. Das HBS x-touch 300 stellt ein vielseitiges und kompaktes Elektrochirurgiegerät dar, welches einem hohen Sicherheitsstandard entspricht und Wirtschaftlichkeit mit einer operativen Flexibilität vereint. -

HBS x-touch 300 1.1 Monopolarer Betrieb In der monopolaren Betriebsart wird HF-Strom mit einer aktiven Elektrode am Gewebe angewandt. Der Schneide- oder Koagulationseffekt wird durch eine hohe Stromkonzentration verursacht, d.h. eine hohe Stromdichte über der kleinen Fläche der aktiven Elektrode. Dadurch wird ein Temperaturanstieg erzeugt und das Wasser aus dem Gewebe, welches die aktive Elektrode unmittelbar umgibt, verdampft. -

Inbetriebnahme des Geräts 7.1 Vor dem Arbeitseinsatz Vor Beginn eines Eingriffs wird das HBS x-touch 300 Elektrochirurgiegerät über das Versorgungskabel mit der Netzsteckdose mit Schutzleiter angeschlossen. HBS x-touch 300 Anwendungshinweise für Einmal-Neutralelektroden Beachten Sie bei Einmal-Produkten stets das Haltbarkeitsdatum. Nutzen Sie die Elektroden nicht nach diesem Datum! Neutralelektroden, die für den einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt sind, dürfen kein zweites Mal verwendet werden! Die Elektrode nicht auf Oberflächen mit starker Behaarung anbringen. HBS x-touch 300 9 Schutzmaßnahmen und Warnungen Beachten Sie bitte zusätzlich die Hinweise zum Umgang mit der Neutralelektrode in Kapitel 7.5 sowie dem Zubehör beiliegende Gebrauchsanweisungen und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen! Vor jedem Eingriff sind Kabel, Zubehör (Handgriffe, Elektroden, Pinzetten) sowie Fußschalter auf sichtbare Unregelmäßigkeiten zu überprüfen. - Page 26 HBS x-touch 300 Es sollten ausschließlich nicht entflammbare Desinfektionsmittel verwendet werden. Sofern Lösungen auf Alkoholbasis benötigt werden, muss mit dem Eingriff abgewartet werden, bis sie vollständig verdampft sind. Es ist zu bedenken, dass Desinfektionsmittel unter dem Körper abfließt oder sich in Körperhöhlen sammelt. Ein Funke der Aktivelektrode kann die Flüssigkeit bei normalem Gebrauch entflammen.

Als Folge erhielten wir Lösungen, die für die geforderte Leistung entsprechend minimalen Emissionslevel besitzen. Messungen bestätigen ein hohes Niveau an elektromagnetischer Sicherheit bei HEBUmedical Elektrochirurgiegeräten. -

HBS x-touch 300 Systeminstandhaltungsarbeiten 11.1 Reinigung Das Elektrochirurgie-Gerät kann mit einem mit Standard-Desinfektionsmitteln befeuchtetem Tuch gereinigt und so auf einfachste Weise sauber gehalten werden. Das Eindringen von Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsflüssigkeiten in das Gerät ist zu vermeiden. 11.2 Sicherungen Die Sicherungsbuchsen sind auf der Rückseite des Gerätes angebracht. Das Gerät arbeitet mit zwei Sicherungen mit jeweils 6,3 A. -

Page 34: Monopolar Operation
HBS x-touch 300 Monopolar operation In the monopolar mode, HF current is applied to the tissue using an active electrode. The cutting or coagulation effect is caused by a high concentration of current, i.e. a high current density over the small surface of the active electrode. This generates an increase in temperature, causing the water from the tissue immediately surrounding the active electrode to vaporize. -
