Oszillosäge Diamond 3 Einsatzbereich Der Einsatz von oszillierenden Gipssägen findet vorwiegend in der Orthopädie zur Gipsentfernung statt. 4.1. Zweckbestimmung Ein von Hand gehaltenes, strombetriebenes (Wechselstrom) Produkt zum Schneiden von Gips oder synthetischem Material üblicherweise während der Entfernung eines Gipsverbandes. Das proximale Ende (der Griff) ist üblicherweise zylindrisch, während das distale Ende in einem runden, halbmondförmigen oder kreisförmigen Blatt endet, geeignet um Gipsverbandmaterial zu schneiden. -

Es spielt keine Rolle, welche Seite des Sägeblattes nach außen bzw. innen zeigt. Wichtig! Die Einkerbungen im Sägeblatt müssen exakt auf den beiden Zapfen der Antriebs- welle liegen. -

Die HEBU Oszillosäge mit aufgesetztem Sägeblatt auf den zu öffnenden Verband ansetzen und leicht eindrücken. Die Führungshand kann dabei als Stütze und Tiefensteuerung benutzt werden und verhindert abruptes Eindringen, wenn der Verband durchschnitten ist. Solange das Sägeblatt durch den Gips schneidet ist ein Widerstand spürbar. -
