Solenoid valve (SV2) opened in no gear capacity control and closed solenoid valve (SV1) are installed on the
inlet and outlet of the piston cylinder. Because the solenoid valve is controlled by the temperature controller of
the freezer, the cooling capability control is controlled within 33%~100% (RC10~11) and 25%~100%
(RC12~24). Therefore, the solenoid valve (SV2) of the inlet and solenoid valve (SV1) of the inlet can be con-
trolled to control the cooling capability in stable condition.
The no gear capacity control system is related to the controller to control the system in the desired condition.
It is very important to control the load and unload from the controller in stable condition. If the load changes
suddenly, install the orifice valve additionally for a more stable control.
