Temperature
The temperature limit condition during the operation of the chiller is as follows.
◆ Minimum cold water outlet temperature : 5℃
◆ Maximum cold water outlet temperature : 15℃
◆ Minimum coolant water inlet temperature : 24℃
◆ Maximum coolant water inlet temperature : 35℃
Voltage
Permitted maximum voltage and minimum voltage are displayed on PDB. And refer to PDB for other details
related to electric specification.
For 3 phase voltage, when the imbalance between the phases exceed 5%, the compressor motor will not operate.
The equation to calculate the voltage imbalance is as follows.
Voltage imbalance (%) = 100 x (Maximum voltage compared to average voltage/Average voltage)
Maximum voltage compared to average voltage is the absolute value of the maximum difference from average
voltage of 2 phases.
Example)
Voltage source 400-3phase(1,2,3)-50Hz
12 : 405V / 23 : 394V / 31 : 410V
Average voltage : (405 + 394 + 410) / 3 = 403
Difference between average voltage and each voltage :
Average – 12 = |403 – 405| = 2V
Average – 23 = |403 – 394| = 9V
Average – 31 = |403 – 410| = 7V
Maximum voltage compared to average voltage : 9V
% Voltage imbalance : 100 x (9 / 403) = 2.23%
Because the permitted range of the imbalance the voltage is less than 5%, the device can operate.
