Saving the power in standby
mode (continued)
Tips
• Each time you press POWER SAVE/DEMO
(STANDBY) in the Power Saving Mode, the
display switches between the Power Saving Mode
and the demo mode.
• ?/1 indicator and timer indicator (when the timer is
set) light up even in the Power Saving Mode.
• The timer works in the Power Saving Mode.
Notes
• You cannot set the time in the Power Saving Mode.
• One Touch Play function does not work in the
Power Saving Mode.

Playing a CD
You can play up to five CDs in a row.

Press one of the CD 1 – 5 A and place a
CD on the disc tray.
If a disc is not placed properly it will not be
recognized.
With the label side
up. When you play a
CD single (8 cm CD),
place it on the inner
circle of the tray.
Press the same button to close the disc tray.
To insert other CDs, press A of other
numbers to open the disc tray.
