    Commissioning General notes ® The pulsating operation of the ProMinent Vario as an oscillating displacement metering pump causes high pressure differences in the pipes on each discharge stroke. If these pressure differences are too great because of unsatisfactory lines, it can lead to high metering errors or to failure of the metering pump.
