Problem
The appliance 
does not shave
as well as it
used to.
The appliance
does not work
when I press
the on/off
button.

undesired or which are warned against in the
user manual.

Possible cause
The shaving heads are
damaged or worn.
Hairs or dirt obstruct the
shaving heads.
The appliance is still
attached to the power
outlet. For safety
reasons, the appliance
can only be used
without cord.
The rechargeable
battery is empty.

Replace the shaving
heads (see
'Replacement').
Clean the shaving heads
(see 'Cleaning and
maintenance') by
following steps of the
thorough cleaning
method.
Unplug the appliance
and press the on/off
button to switch on the
appliance.
Recharge the battery
