Cause Solution
Clean drain line flow control.
Clean or replace injector and/or filter.
Raise inlet pressure to 1.8 bar
minimum.
Change seals & spacers and/or piston
assembly.
Program correctly.
Change power head.
Change power head.
Change microswitch or wiring loom.
Reposition or change cycle cam.
Clean valve and check it in the different
regeneration positions.
Change seals & spacers and/or piston
assembly.
Change motor and check gear teeth.
Change power head.
