Country potatoes
Ingredients:
300g waxy potatoes
1 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
Salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika powder
Preparation
Preheat the mini oven for 10 minutes at 200°C top/bottom heat.
Wash and brush the potatoes, cut them unpeeled into slices, and put them in a bowl. Mix the oil
with the spices and pressed garlic and thoroughly drizzle the potatoes with the oil.
Spread the spiced potatoes on the baking tray (10) lined with baking paper, and bake in the hot
mini oven at the middle rack level (2) for approx. 45-55 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
