If the Voltage from
TP19
to
TP21
is
correct, and there is no heater
power on any range than
U47
or
U48
are probably bad and both should be
replaced.
Before it is decided
that
U47
and
U48
are bad be sure
the relays
K4-K8
are working.
If
they can be heard clicking as they
are turned off and on, then they
are probably operating properly.
They are turned off and on by se-
lecting different heater ranges.
