Troubleshooting
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No fuel flow
Engine switch is in OFF [0] position
Cold engine or defective spark plug
No AC current
Engine has not been run recently
Impurities in the fuel
Dirty or defective spark plug
Dirty carburettor
Lack of fuel flow
Breathing hole closed on tank cap
Parking brake lever in neutral
Forward speed is too high
Uneven tyre pressures
Broken or defective blades
Loose bolts
Blades or knives bent or damaged

REMEDY
Check fuel level and if necessary top up.
Move switch to ON [I] position.
Petrol - Apply choke and/or change the
spark plug.
Diesel - Apply the decommpression lever.
Check connection cables.
Clean the air filter.
Clean the fuel filter or drain the injector.
Clean the carburettor.
Empty the fuel tank and then refill with
clean fuel.
Check, and if necessary replace, the air
filter.
Clean or change the spark plug.
Clean the carburettor.
Check fuel level and if necessary top up.
Clean the breathing hole.
Move the brake lever to gear position.
Reduce forward speed.
Check tyre pressures and inflate if
necessary.
Check blades and replace if necessary.
Check forks (scythe) and replace if
damaged.
Check and tighten bolts on forks, chassis
and coupling.
Check and replace blades as necessary.
Adjust clutch play or repair/replace the
clutch.
