    All connections are secure, and all data is maintained under strict privacy policies. As a Hasler customer, you are entitled to a web account accessi- ble from the Hasler home page: http://www.haslerinc.com/. This account provides information about your mailing system and access to Hasler’s Online Services.

    To fully benefit from the convenience and power of Hasler Online Services, your WJ185/220/250 mailing system should be connected to a live analog telephone line so that it can link to the Hasler Online Server automatically. At a pre-set time (usually between midnight and 5:00 AM), your WJ185/220/250 mailing system will initiate a call to the Hasler Online Server.

    3.6). After installation of your WJ185/220/250 mailing system, follow the instructions below to set up your Hasler My Account user ID and password. This process will take a few minutes. Once activated, you can begin to use your Online Services account immediately.

Click the My Account link on the left menu bar. In the Need an Account area on the My Account page, enter your TMS Bank Account and Mailer Agreement numbers in their respective fields.

    3.4 Forgotten and Misplaced Passwords Go to the Hasler web site home page (www.haslerinc.com). Click on the customer area link on the customers drop down menu. Click on the My Account link on the left menu bar. On the My Account page, click on the I forgot my password link.

    WJ185/220/250 and initiates a call to the Hasler Online Server. When the Online Server processes the alert, Hasler sends an e-mail reminder that a replacement will need to be ordered. The email notification is sent to the email address identified in your online profile.

    The Hasler Online Server schedules an automatic rate download to occur at the appropriate time. The rate download will happen during a regular call to the Hasler Online Server – you do not need to do anything to receive the new rate package.

    TOTAL SOLUTIONS Total Solutions lets you upload data from your mailing machine, so you can view reports from the Hasler Online Service Web applica- tion. 5.1 Uploading Reports Data to the Online Server The Online Services Reports page provides detailed departmental/ account reports for your mailing system.

  • Page 29 If you do more than one reset the same day on the same department, the values displayed on the Online server web application will not be cleared but will remain as they were after the first reset. The Online Server will store the values you upload before the reset until the end of the monthly period, and then add them to the values uploaded at the end of the monthly period, thereby displaying the full total for the monthly period for this department.

    Confirmation and Signature Confirmation services, you must use e identified tracking labels that are only available from Hasler. Any other label will cause an input error message. Your WhisperJet mailing machine cannot process confirmation service tracking labels obtained from a Post Office retail counter.

    Your Hasler WJ185/220/250 mailing system supports three eConfirmation Services: eDelivery Confirmation You receive an email with the date and time of the delivery. The dates and times of any unsuccessful deliveries are also noted. eDelivery Confirmation is available with First Class, Priority, or Package Service (including Parcel Post, Media Mail, etc.).

Select the appropriate rate and eConfirmation service on your WJ scale or directly on your machine display (Weighing Platform).

    6.3 Processing eConfirmation Mail with a WJS Scale Hasler WJS scales process eConfirmation tracking records in two modes of operation: Scale mode and Productive mode. In Scale mode, you process one piece of mail at a time. In Productive mode, you can use the scanner option and you can also process multiple pieces of mail.

    6.4 Processing eConfirmation items using a Weighing Platform If you plan to use the eConfirmation service frequently, Hasler recommends a hand-held scanner to scan the tracking labels. The hand-held scanner option is compatible with the use of a weighing platform.
