External Power

For extended operation, an external power source is available as an option with the Z-
Xtreme System.
Internal to External Power Conversion Kit
A kit can be purchased that allows the use of an internal battery as an external power
source. The kit includes an extra internal battery, and a combined pouch and cable
that allows connection of the internal battery to the external power port of the Z-
Xtreme receiver (Figure 2.6). With an internal battery and this external power source,
the receiver should function un-interrupted for approximately 20 hours at room tem-
perature.
