9.2.1 Lost sensor or charging cradle

Ectosense or its distributors offer a lost devices program that allows operators to acquire a replacement
sensor or charging cradle at a significantly reduced cost in the following geographies:
 United States

9.2.2 Loss of other components

Ectosense or its distributors offer restocking at reduced cost of the power plug, charging cable, and
NightOwl casing if they are deteriorated in regular use or if they are lost in operation.
