Troubleshooting

First, try the actions described on pages 57 to 64.If the problem persists, consult
the installer, seller or the contact listed on the back cover of this manual.
● All LEDs on the display of the top unit are flickering.
(Unplug the power plug or turn off the breaker of the distribution board and
contact where to call shown on the back cover.)
● The CLEAN indicator does not light up. (It is time for parts replacement.
→ Page 63)
● ● The POWER LED (orange) and ENERGY SAVER LED (orange) on the
main display are flashing. (It is time for parts replacement. → Page 64)
Is the
POWER LED lit?
Is the ENERGY
SAVER LED lit?
Is the remote
control working?
Please check first
● ■ Does the LED light up when
you press [POWER ON/
OFF] on the top unit?
● ■ Is the [POWER ON/OFF]
flashing?
➞Anti Freezing setting is "ON"
(Page 48, 54)
● ■ Is the breaker on the
distribution board turned
on?
➞Check whether there is a power
outage or the breaker has turned
"OFF".
● ■ While the LED is lit, energy saver
so the toilet seat temperature may be reduced or the
heater may be turned off.
● ■ Is the Low Battery Warning
LED on the top surface
of the remote control
flashing?
➞Replace the batteries. (Page 53)
● ■ Is the remote control
transmitter or the remote
control receiver blocked?
➞Remove obstructions, dirt, water
droplets or any other blockages.
