What to Know Prior to Installation • The Kinetico Water Filtration System is not to be used where water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after unit. Systems certified for cyst reduction may be used on disinfected waters that may contain filterable cysts. -

Turn off water feeding the appliance and ensure water-consuming appliance is turned OFF. Select appropriate space to install the filtration system. Maintenance: Cartridge Replacement Schedule • When the line pressure downstream of the filter housing drops to 30 psi or below during system operation, the cartridge(s) needs to be replaced. Occasional dips below 30 psi and back are normal. Cartridges should be replaced once a year at minimum. -

Troubleshooting NOTE: A few drops of water may leak at o-ring when first installed. This should stop when o-rings are under pressure and seal properly.
