Before installation
Delivery check
The converter delivery contains:
• converter cabinet
• optional modules (if ordered) installed into the control frame at the factory
• ramp for extracting modules from the cabinet
• hardware manual
• appropriate firmware manuals and guides
• optional module manuals
• delivery specific circuit diagrams
• delivery specific dimensional drawings
• delivery documents.
Check that there are no signs of damage. Before attempting installation and
operation, check the information on the type designation label of the converter to
verify that the unit is of the correct type. The label includes an IEC rating, a type
code and a serial number, which allow individual recognition of each unit.
The type designation label is located on the cabinet door.
Each converter module is also labelled.
