Declaration of Conformity

This device complies with the requirements set out in the Council Directive on the

Approximation of the Laws of the Member States relating to Electromagnetic Com-

patibility 2004/108/EC and the Council Directive relating to Low Voltage

2006/95/EC as well as the Council Directive R&TTE 1999/5/EC.

The equipment is in conformity with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parlia-

ment and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain haz-

ardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
