Replacement of BATCH stations
When replacing BATCH stations, a distinction must made between:
● Replacing a BATCH server
● Replacing a BATCH client
Requirements
● The new PC contains the same hardware components.
● An image of the PCs to be replaced is used for the installation.

Switch OS clients over to the server that will be remaining in operation.
Deactivate and replace the OS server,
Check the network addresses and download the configuration data.
On the engineering station: Download OS server data (and automatic redundancy update).
Start WinCC.
Activate process mode.
Activate or switch over assigned OS clients.
