To Do This ...
Activate the remote control to
operate the TV
Turn on/off the TV
Tune directly to a channel
Adjust the volume
Mute the volume
Alternate back and forth between
two channels
Display the current channel
number (and other information)
Switch the TV's input to the VCR,
DVD player, or other connected
equipment
Change video and audio options,
customize the TV's setup, set
parental controls, and more
Switch the TV's input between
sources connected to the TV's
VHF/UHF and CABLE inputs
Do This ...
Press TV (FUNCTION).
Press POWER.
To tune to analog channels, press
ENT
(or wait 3 seconds).
For digital subchannels, press 0-9,
0-9 again, and then ENT.
For example, to select subchannel 2.1, press 2,
, 1, and then press ENT.
You can also select channels using
the program guide. See page 65 for
details.
VOL +/–.
Press
Press MUTING (press again or
unmute).
Press JUMP.
The TV alternates between the current channel
and the last channel tuned.
Press DISPLAY once to display the channel
number, current time, wide mode, and channel
DISPLAY

video inputs.
