The microwave oven
switches itself off
during a cooking,
reheating or defrosting
programme.

Cause and remedy
There may be insufficient air circulation.
 Check whether the air inlet or outlet is blocked.
Remove any obstruction.
The appliance switches off automatically in cases of
overheating.
 Cooking can be continued after a cooling-down
period.
The appliance switches itself off again.
