7. Disassembly Instructions
7.7 The MOTOR replacement
1. Lay down the washing machine on it front side.
2. Remove lead wire connectors and rotation sensor connector from the MOTOR.
3. Loosen four bolts (M13) mounting the motor, and remove V‐belt.
4. Remove four bolt mounting the MOTOR, and remove the motor.
Note: After replace the motor, adjust tension of the V‐belt properly.
And then, set micro‐processor to initial mode of V‐belt tension by operating
Test‐No water / Check procedure‐E.

7.8 The DRAIN VALVE (Gear Motor) replacement
1. Lay down the washing machine on it front side.
2. Remove connector from the DRAIN VALVE.
3. Remove three screws mounting the DRAIN
VALVE.
4. Remove slider portion of the DRAIN VALVE from
the COCK ROD A.
5. Remove DRAIN VALVE.
7.9 The PUMP replacement
1. Lay down the washing machine on it front
2. Remove connector from the PUMP.
3. Remove 4 screws mounting from the PUMP.
4. Remove PUMP.
