7. Disassembly Instructions

7.1 Warning
Before attempting to services or adjust any part of the machine, disconnect the electrical
power supply from the outlet.
7.1 Caution
Electronic components of the print circuit board is MOSFET TYPE. When replace and
trouble shooting the print circuit board, make sure body is grounded before beginning the
repair work. But, in case can not ground, touch to the plug and earth wire, and remove the
potential difference between the set and body of the worker completely.
7.3 The DISPLAY PCB, POWER PCB replacement
1. Remove the 2 screws mounting the PANEL A, then remove the PANEL A.
2. Remove 2 screws mounting control panel, open lid, then pull out the panel.
• POWER PCB replacement
a. Remove 2 screws mounting FIRE PROVE COVER.
b. Remove all connectors, remove POWER PCB with PCB case.
• DISPLAY PCB replacement
a. Remove 4 screws mounting PCB case, remove the case, and you will find display PCB.
b. Remove the connector and 9 screws mounting the display PC Board, remove PCB.
