7. Disassembly Instructions
7.6 The MECHANISM U replacement
1. Remove 4 screws mounting the BODY B, then raise the BODY B.
(Before raising BODY B, there is a hook need to be unlock)
2. Remove 5 screws mounting the OUTER TUB COVER.
3. Loosen the special screw mounting the PULSATOR.
• Do not remove the special screw from PULSATOR
completely, then hold the screw head to pull the
PULSATOR upward to remove.
4. Remove the SHAFT BUSHING、D SHAFT FLANGE
NUT and D FLANGE WASHER B, then pull the TUB
AU upward to remove.
5. Close BODY B and turn the machine upside down.

6. Remove 4 screws (M8)
mounting the SPINNER PLATE
B.
7. Remove 4 screws (M13)
mounting the MECHANISM U.
8. Remove V BELT, then remove
MECHANISM U.
