    OPERATION STARTING A COLD ENGINE 1. Press the primer bulb 10 times. Set the choke lever to “Full” position. 2. Keep the throttle trigger squeezed completely through steps 2 to 4 and pull the starter grip until the engine attempts to start. Do not pull the starter grip more than 4 times.

    OPERATION STARTING A WARM ENGINE 1. Press the primer bulb 10 times. Set the choke lever to position. 2. Squeeze the throttle trigger. Pull the starter grip until the engine starts. Do not pull the starter grip for more than 6 times.

Push the F/R button to the left until the pentagon symbol shows on the F/R button. 2. Insert the battery pack into the electrical starter until it clicks into place.

Press and hold the electrical starter switch button until the engine attempts to start. Do not press the electrical starter for more than 4 seconds.

    OPERATION REPLACING THE LINE 1. Turn off the product 2. Rotate the bump knob on the trimmer head until the line on the centre of the bump knob aligns with arrows on top of trimmer head. 3. Use a 2.4 mm diameter monofilament string. Cut one piece of string approximately 5.4 m in length.
