Cleaning and Maintenance

Component Cleaning
In order to prevent electrical shock or personal injury, make sure that the power
of freezer is cut off before conducting any repair to the freezer.
Make sure that you do not intake any drug or suspended particulate around the
freezer when you are maintaining the freezer, or else it may be harmful to your
health.
Clean the freezer
Clean the freezer once a month. Regular cleaning can keep the appearance of the freezer a brand
new look.
Wipe out the dust on shell, chamber and all the accessories of the freezer with a piece of dry cloth.
If the freezer is very dirty, remove the dirt with a piece of clean cloth dipped with neutral detergent
and wipe out the residues with wet cloth, then wipe with a piece of dry cloth.
Do not pour water on the shell or in the chamber of the freezer. Otherwise, it may damage the
insulation of the electrical equipment and may lead to the occurrence of fault.
Compressor and other mechanical parts are fully closed and do not need to be lubricated.
Deactivate the refrigerator
Cut off the power if the freezer is to be in idle for a long time;
Clean out the inside of freezer with baking soda solution and then wipe it;
Keep the freezer's door open for 1-2 days to make the inside become more dry;
Place the opened baking soda box or charcoal inside the freezer for deodorization;
Cover the freezer with cloth to avoid dust as well as dirt retention and mildew on the sealing strip.
Move the freezer
Take out all articles in the freezer before moving;
Cut off the power and plug out the power plug;
Enwind the power line in a safe manner to avoid damage when moving;
Clean out the inside of freezer and make it dry;
Make sure all components that can be picked up and are movable are placed in the freezer;
Always keep the freezer upward during moving and transporting.
Make sure the freezer is fixed during transporting to avoid unnecessary moves.
Cover the freezer with a blanket to avoid scratched finishing coat.
