INTRODUCTION

RESIDENT - SYSTEM PROGRAMMING USING THE HOUSE PHONE

A house phone is a telephone with an actual wiring connection to the EL1SS system. See call forwarding instructions on page 17.

PROGRAMMING
This feature changes the leading programming digits from ** to ## (and
*# to #*) to work around phone lines (or telephone equipment) that reacts
to the * tone.

NOTE: The telephone line should be disconnected while entering this
command.
