The Marvell 88DE3214 is the main audio and video processor
(or System-on-Chip) for this platform. It has the following

Worldwide multi-standard analog TV demodulator
A muti-standard video decoder
A transport de-multiplexer
HDMI 2.0 receiver with 3D support
2D/3D converter
Rich format audio codec
powerful Quad-Core ARM Cortex A9 system
Local dimming(LED backlight)
At the core of the 88DE3214 device is a quad-core ARM Cortex
A9™ and NEON CPU subsystem with 1MB L2 cache,the
88DE3214 includes the Vivante® OpenCL and OpenGL
ES-compliant GC3000 3D engine and GC428 2D composite
engine,supports a combination of concurrent 4Kx2K and 1080p
decodes/encodes. Decoded video is post-processed by
Marvell's award-winning Qdeo™ pipeline,performing 3D
de-interlacing, scaling, noise reduction,compression artifact
reduction,detail enhancement,intelligent color remapping,
Qdeo™ true color,adaptive contrast enhancement,and
2D-to-3D processing.
