mode when it receives the Set
Mode MUX request. The module
then moves from "Transition"
mode to "MUX" mode when it is
ready to receive MUX (27.010)
framed messages on the
requested interface.

Set Mode MUX

Sets up the 27.010 MUX protocol on the selected channel.
Stages:
Setup (Indicate the channel that will be set to mux)
Data (Out—Set channel parameters)
Status (In—Indicates completion of operation by the 
module)
