frequency of the
subwoofer(s)
Tips
• Each time you press
SOUND, the tuning
item changes as
follows:
$
SUR (Surround)
$
POS (Position)
$
SUB (Subwoofer)
$
BAS (Bass)
$
TRE (Treble)
• In step 3, press / to
switch to the
subwoofer's volume
adjustment. (see next
page)
• In step 4, press
BACK to return to
the normal display.

Press and hold SOUND for two seconds.
The DSP Sound Tuning Mode appears.

Press SOUND repeatedly to select "SUB
Tuning."

Press VOL + or – repeatedly to select the
cut-off frequency.
The frequency appears in the order as follows.
62Hz ˜ 78Hz ˜ 99Hz ˜ 125Hz* ˜ 157Hz ˜ 198Hz
* Factory-set frequency

Press and hold SOUND for two seconds.
The normal display appears.
What is the cut-off frequency?
To match the characteristics of
the connected subwoofer(s),
you can cut out the unwanted
high and middle frequency
signals entering the
subwoofer(s). By setting the
cut-off frequency, the
subwoofer(s) will output only
low frequency signals giving
you a clear sound image.
