Locating an RDS station by
programme type
(Programme type selection (PTY) function)
You can locate the station you want by selecting
one of the programme types.

Selecting a programme type

While listening to an FM broadcast, press
DSPL/PTY.
PTY LIST appears.

Press > or . to select the programme type.
The programme types appear in the order shown on
the next page.

Press ENTER.
The unit starts searching for a station broadcasting the
selected programme type. When the unit finds the
programme, the programme type appears again for
five seconds.
"No data" or "
cannot find the programme type, then the unit returns
to the previous station.
