Communications
If you are unable to communicate with the M9380A verify that the following
installations are correct:
If not all modules and their slot locations are visible in the SFP "Connect to
Instrument" dialog:

choose Connect. The modules are initialized. Until a module is initialized,
the LEDs are off.
