AllCare User Manual Revision 00 Cleaning Safety WARNING Do not spill or spray liquid on the bed. Excessive liquid on the bed can result in an electric shock hazard. In the event of a liquid spill or excessive liquid on the bed, unplug the bed immediately. -

- Page 9 AllCare User Manual Revision 00 ” 3. Using the 5/8 wrench and socket, remove the bolts holding the sleep surface section from the shipping bracket. Do this one at a time and set them down on the floor facing down. NOTE: The bolts will be used for assembly, do not discard.
- Page 10 AllCare User Manual Revision 00 5. Line up the bosses and install the bolts that were used in the shipping form. Using a 5/8 wrench and socket, firmly tighten the nut onto the bolt. 6. Find the wires labeled “3” and “4” and plug them into the matching ports on the control box.
- Page 11 AllCare User Manual Revision 00 7. Flip the sleep surfaces back over, locate the head and foot labels on each section, and match them up to the correct assemblies. Then assemble them together using the bolts and nuts used to hold the bed together in the shipping form. Secure bolts tight with socket ratchet or power drill.

AllCare User Manual Revision 00 Foot Elevation To elevate the foot section, first raise the knee to the desired height. Manually lift the foot end of the foot section and rotate the foot support post upward. Lower the foot section placing the foot support on the bottom of the foot section. -

AllCare User Manual Revision 00 Bed Deck Expansion or Retraction To expand deck push the two buttons simultaneously and pull the tube, release the button until the desired width is achieved. The first locking location is 39” the second is 42”. Repeat on all four sections and both sides of bed. -

Check that screws, bolts, pins and other fasteners are in Remove bed from service. Tighten loose bolts and screws. place, secured and properly tightened. Contact Med-Mizer® customer service to order missing or damaged fasteners. Inspect actuators for excessive wear and misalignment. -
