You can also obtain this file from the MTS4000 Documentation Browser CD or from the Tclips MPEG Test Stream Software DVD.     Performance verification Verification procedures Perform the following steps to verify that the MTS4000 system is operating properly. The steps are written with the assumption that you are performing all of the steps in order. If you start the procedures in the middle, you will have to review previous steps for instrument setup.
