Test the power cord. RESET All Friedrich room air conditioners are shipped from the factory with a Leakage Current Detection Interrupter (LCDI) equipped power cord. The LCDI device on the end of the cord meets the UL and NEC requirements TEST for cord connected air conditioners. -

Power On – Press the button to turn on the air conditioner. The power button illuminates to indicate that the power is on.
