What to do if it goes wrong

Problem
Why does the vacuum
cleaner have no power?
Why isn't the vacuum
cleaner charging?
Why won't the vacuum
cleaner pick up?
The brushbar
isn't turning.
Why is the LED
flashing red?
Solution
• Check the handle, floorhead and battery have been correctly assembled
and installed. Go to 'Getting started'.
• Check the battery is correctly inserted and is fully charged. Go to 'Getting
started'.
• The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a thermal cut-out. If for any reason
the vacuum cleaner does overheat the thermostat will automatically turn the
vacuum cleaner off. If this happens, switch the vacuum cleaner off.
Remove and empty the dirt container also check the vacuum cleaner for
blockages. Allow the vacuum cleaner to cool for approximately 1 hour (if you
have cleaned the filter please wait 24 hours for the filter to fully dry before
putting back into the machine).
• Check the charger is plugged into the mains and correctly connected
to the vacuum cleaner. Go to 'Getting started'.
• Check the charger cable for damage. If damaged please contact our
Customer Service Line on: 0330 026 8455.
• Check the battery is correctly assembled. Go to 'Getting started'.
• The filters may be clogged, clean the filters. Go to 'Taking care of your
machine'.
• The dirt container or separator may be blocked, empty the dirt container and
clean the separator. Go to 'Taking care of your machine'.
• There may be a blockage in the vacuum cleaner. Go to 'Let's talk technical'.
• The brushbar may not be turning. Go to 'My brushbar isn't turning?' below.
• Low suction has been selected, increase to max suction. Go to 'Using
your machine'.
• If the brushbar has been obstructed, the Motor Protection Sensor may have
been activated and the brush bar will stop. To reset switch the machine to off
and remove the floorhead. Clean any obstructions from the brushbar. Wait
for 30 mins for the brushbar to reset itself, replace the floorhead and retry.
Go to 'Let's talk technical'.
• During use the LED indicator charge light on the machine will turn red and
flash when the vacuum cleaner needs recharging. Go to 'Getting stared'.
