Cleaning and handling internal devices

Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify NeoFace by yourself
Only maintenance personnel should disassemble, repair, or alter NeoFace. Since there are parts that are running
even when the power is turned off, so not only will NeoFace not operate properly, but can cause electric shock or
fire.
Do not remove the lithium battery
Lithium batteries have been used in NeoFace. Do not remove the batteries. Placing the batteries close to the fire or
in water may cause an explosion.
When NeoFace does not operate properly because the battery is dead, contact your sales representative without
disassembling, replacing or charging the battery.
Lithium battery provided in NeoFace are not to be charged
Do not charge the lithium battery provided in NeoFace. Charging the battery may cause fire or explosion.
High temperatures
Immediately after the power supply has been switched OFF, NeoFace may be hot depending on the ambient
temperature. Allow NeoFace to cool before installing or removing.
Secure the power cord and interface cables
Be sure to secure the power cord and interface cables in place. Incomplete installation cause loose connections and
may cause smoke or fire.
Cleaning
To clean NeoFace, wipe gently with a soft cloth moistened with water or mild detergent. Using
acidic or alkaline detergents may cause discoloration or deformation.

During operation

High temperatures
The upper part of NeoFace may become hot depending on ambient
temperature. Touching the upper plate carelessly may cause burns.
Avoid contact with NeoFace during thunderstorms
When thunder can be heard, do not touch NeoFace including cables. Please do not connect or disconnect any
equipment. Otherwise, this may cause electrical shock due to lightning.
Do not place any object on top of NeoFace
Placing objects may block the vents causing fire or failure of NeoFace.
