: draws air from around the packaged product into the measurement cell.
Analysis cell: the laser beam and sample gas pass through here for analysis.
Electronics: laser, detector, PLC, and DC power supply.
Air preparation: compressed air must be filtered and dried for optimum performance.
Vacuum pump: high flow rate pump for fast sample delivery to measurement cell.

Reject mechanism
: compressed air reject mechanism.
Touchscreen HMI: user interface for system.
PLC panel screen: screen set to certain PLC parameters. This will be locked to operators under
normal operation.
