Using Your Extractor
IMPORTANT: THIS PROCESS MUST BE FOLLOWED BEFORE THE EXTRAC-
TOR IS USED FOR THE FIRST TIME.
• You should use a good quality stainless steel cleaner and polish on ALL
of the stainless steel areas of your extractor, before it is used for the fi rst
time.
• This will help to leave a silicone water-resistant fi lm to protect the stain-
less steel surfaces.
To use your extractor -
• A = ON/OFF button
• B = Speed selection buttons: Low, Medium, High
• C = Light on/off button
• Before operating the extractor, make sure that it has been installed by
a suitably qualifi ed person, as per the information contained in these
installation instructions.
• Find the control panel, which is located at the front right.
• There are several buttons on the control panel, which perform separate
functions
IMPORTANT: IDEALLY YOU SHOULD SWITCH ON YOUR EXTRACTOR TEN
MINUTES BEFORE YOU START TO COOK, OR AT THE VERY LEAST WHEN YOU
BEGIN COOKING. YOU SHOULD ALSO RUN YOUR
EXTRACTOR FOR TEN MINUTES AFTER YOU HAVE FINISHED COOKING.
