Check for water leaks and make sure the CO2
bottle is tightly fixed on the CO2 pressure
regulator.
Open the pressure regulator valve and set
pressure to 3 bars on gauge.
Pressure can be increased to
4 bars to increase carbonation levels (Fig. 9).
