Connecting a home cinema system

Connect the active BOB-10A subwoofer to a passive signal output of the AV receiver and the BOB-4 satellite
speakers to the amplified outputs of the AV receiver.

1) Connect the positive pole of the speaker cable coming from the amplifier to the red terminal clamp (LEFT
INPUT) and the negative pole of the speaker cable coming from the amplifier to the black terminal clamp
(LEFT INPUT) of the subwoofer. Connect the second amplifier channel to the right clamps of the
subwoofer in the same manner.
2) Connect the passive BOB-4 satellite speakers to the upper clamps SAT OUT (red clamp = positive pole,
black clamp = negative pole). Up to two satellites per subwoofer output can be operated in parallel at 4
ohms. Via the rear screw terminals of the BOB-4 satellites, the speaker signal is simply looped through to
the next satellite. We recommend using speaker cables with a conductor cross-section of at least 2.5 mm².
