5.2.4 Command Errors

This section describes the message contents of command errors as well as the check items and
recovery actions.
These errors are displayed when an abnormal condition is found during analysis of PC command data.
Upon an occurrence of a command error, the machine stops its operation at the same time.
The error can be cancelled by removing the error causes. After that, the machine will restart its
operation.
