    Showroom mode: (only for showrooms) by activating this mode, the oven deactivates all the heating elements, while keeping the control panel active. To use the oven normally, set this mode to OFF. During cooking, the word SHO will be displayed (once per minute) to indicate that the showroom mode has been activated.

    11.USING THE SECONDARY OVEN 11.1 First use The use of the secondary oven is independent of the settings made to the main oven or to the electronic programmer. Therefore, at any time the desired function can be selected simply by turning the corresponding knob.

    Instructions for the user 13.USING THE HOB 13.1 Lighting the hob burners Before lighting the hob burners, check that the flame-spreader crowns are correctly in place with their respective burner caps, making sure that the holes A in the flame-spreaders are aligned with the plugs and thermocouples.

    Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or deerskin. Do not allow residues of sugary foods (such as jam) to set inside the oven. If left to set for too long, they might damage the enamel lining of the oven.

    Before proceeding, check the following: • only the baking tray, the oven tray, the pizza pan or the cover may be left inside the oven since they will withstand the high temperatures of the pyrolysis process; all the other accessories must be removed from inside the oven.

The following instructions describe how to carry out these minor maintenance operations. Before performing any operations requiring access to powered parts, switch off the power supply to the appliance.

Switch off the oven and switch it on again waiting a few minutes before selecting a new cleaning cycle. • This is not a fault. It is a normal operation of the appliance, useful when cooking foods in order to avoid excessive heat escaping.

This appliance may be installed next to a wall which is higher than the appliance, with a minimum distance of 5 cm from the side of the appliance, as shown in drawings A and B showing the correct installation conditions.

The cooker hob is preset for natural gas G20 (2H) at a pressure of 20 mbar. In the case of operation with other types of gas the burner nozzles must be changed and the minimum flame adjusted on the gas taps.

    Instructions for the installer 18.FINAL OPERATIONS After replacing the nozzles, reposition the flame-spreader crowns, the burner caps and the grids. Following adjustment to a gas other than the preset one, replace the gas adjustment label fixed to the appliance with the one corresponding to the new gas. This label is in the packet together with the nozzles.
