7.5 Reassembling the pump set

7.5.1 General information / Safety regulations

Sequence
Always reassemble the pump set in accordance with the corresponding general assembly
drawing
Sealing elements
§ O-ring
§ Assembly adhesives
Tightening torques
For reassembly, tighten all screws and bolts as specified in the manual. (⇨ Section 7.6)
Amarex N
The oil has been drained. (⇨ Section 7.2.2.1.4).
Undo and remove screws 914.02 at bearing bracket 330.
Remove rotor unit 818 from bearing bracket 330.
Push mating ring 433.02 out of bearing bracket 330.
Remove circlip 932.02.
Take bearing bracket 330 off rotor 818.
Remove circlip 932.03.
Remove primary ring 433.01.
Pull off mating ring holder 476.
Take mating ring 433.01 out of mating ring holder 476.
WARNING
Improper lifting / moving of heavy assemblies or components
Personal injury and damage to property!
Use suitable transport devices, lifting equipment and lifting tackle to move heavy
Ø
assemblies or components.
CAUTION
Improper reassembly
Damage to the pump!
Reassemble the pump (set) in accordance with the general rules of sound
Ø
engineering practice.
Use original spare parts only.
Ø
- Check O-rings for any damage and replace by new O-rings, if required.
- Avoid the use of assembly adhesives, if possible.
