Chapter 5 Connect to a Wireless Network

Windows XP (Client Manager 3)

If you are using Windows XP, use the included Client Manager 3 software to connect wirelessly to
AOSS or WPS compatible devices.

Right click on the
icon in the system tray and select [Profi le].

Click the [WPS AOSS] button.
Follow the instructions displayed on the screen. When the settings are confi gured and the Security
LED stops fl ashing and is lit, the AOSS/WPS connection is complete.

Other Devices (e.g. Game Consoles)

If you are using a game machine that supports AOSS or WPS, refer to that device's manual to initiate
AOSS/WPS. When instructed, hold down the AOSS button (page 10) on the AirStation for 3 seconds.
Automatic confi guration will take about a minute. When automatic confi guration is complete, the
Security LED (page 7) will stop fl ashing and glow steadily. Your AOSS/WPS connection is now ready
to use.
