The "Stop Scheduler" command will stop the task scheduler and prevent any scheduled tasks from
executing.
The "Serial Commands" command will open a dialog displaying the list of defined serial commands. From
this dialog you can add, remove and edit serial commands.
Scheduled Tasks Dialog
The scheduled tasks dialog shows the list of tasks currently defined. It is sorted by the "Next Run Time"
which is the next time a task is scheduled to execute. It also displays some information about the tasks such
as a short descriptive name, the action (or command), the target of the action and how often the command
will execute.

The "Refresh" button will update the task list. Usually this involves updating the "Next Run Time" in case
a task has executed since the dialog was opened.
The "Add Task" button will open the Task dialog and allow you to create a new task.
