Configure DiffServ Policies (optional)
If you desire to restrict access for BYOD to a limited set of services, the preferable way to implement this
is through an external firewall that sits between the BYOD VLAN and the rest of the corporate network.
Alternatively, the WLAN Controller 8180 is capable of applying ACL rules to individual client sessions
based on a response from a AAA server, which is what is illustrated in this guide. The policies need to be
created and named on the controller. You can create a different policy for upstream and downstream
depending on your security requirements. Only a sample is shown. You will need to configure the rest of
the ACL accordingly.
