ASSIGNING GROUPS/ZONES
You can assign up to (4) individual Groups/Zones to the included remote control.
Groups/Zones can consist of single complete Color Strands and/or a specific number of LED bulbs.
Follow the steps below to assign a new Group/Zone:
1. Plug in only the specific bulbs and/or Color Strands you want to assign to a Group/Zone.
Place the unwanted bulbs aside for later.
2. Disconnect power from the Color Strand completely for 30 seconds.
3. Connect power to the Color Strand and immediately hold down the [-] ON BUTTON until the bulbs
all illuminate RED, which indicates the memory in the illuminates bulbs has been cleared.
4. Disconnect power to the Color Strand completely for 30 seconds.
5. Connect power to the Color Strand and immediately press and hold down the desired Group/Zone
buttons 1,2,3, or 4 until all the connected bulbs flash a Warm White color 3 times.
6. After completing the steps above, the bulbs will be controlled only by the selected Group/Zone.
Follow these steps above to assign your Groups/Zones for additional bulbs and/or Color Strands.
Remember to only have the desired bulbs and/or Color Strands powered which you want to program
and/or add to a Zone. For example, if all 20 bulbs on a Color Strand are connected and powered ON
when you select to program them to Group/Zone 1, Zone 1 will the control ALL the bulbs.
POWER LINKING MULTIPLE COLOR STRANDS
You can power link up to (5) max individual Color Strands. Before linking together, make sure you
assign your specific Groups/Zones to the Color Strand you want to link.
1. Follow the steps listed in the above section to assign Groups/Zones ONE Color Strand at a time.
2. Once you have all your Color Strands assigned to Groups/Zones, you can then power link them.
You will then be able to control up to 4 different zones, if needed.
