There are many factors that affect and/or interrupt a wireless signal such as walls, glass, metal,
objects, and people. Therefore it is highly recommended to:
• Install the Color Strand a minimum of 9.8 ft. (3m) above people and/or ground level.
• Use Remote Control in direct line of sight of the Color Strand.
• If multiple Color Strands are power linked, hold the remote in the middle of the entire length of all
connected Color Strands. Do NOT stand and hold the remote at the end of the strands.
Careful planning and testing of the selected installation location with the Remote Control is critical to
ensure optimum and reliable wireless operation.
WIRELESS RANGE
The maximum distance between the Remote Control and the Color Strand is 65-98 feet (20-30m).
