Assembly
1. A male Quick Connector (not
included) must be installed prior to
operating the Air Router. To do so:
• Wrap about three inches of pipe
thread sealer tape (not included)
around the threads of the Quick
Connector. Then screw the Quick
Connector firmly into the Air Inlet
(14) of the tool. (See Figure A.)
2. To install a 1/4" Router Bit (not
included) into the Air Router:
• Firmly grasp the Housing (1) and
the Housing Cap (30), turning them
in opposite directions. Completely
unwind and separate the two items.
• Use the 3/4" Spanner Wrench (34)
and 9/16" Spanner Wrench (35) to
loosen the Collet Nut (29).
• Insert the Router Bit fully into the
Collet (28).
• Firmly tighten the Collet Nut,
using the Spanner Wrenches.
